Delivery & returns.

One flat shipping rate of $50 applies to every order, no matter the size of the order or where it is going. There are no other shipping options and no free shipping threshold — the $50 is added to your total at checkout.

Your satisfaction is everything. If your shears aren't the right fit, you have 14 days from the day your order arrives to return them for a full refund — no questions asked. The 14 days start when the shears are delivered to you, not when the order is placed or shipped.

• The return window opens on the delivery date shown by your tracking
• Shears must be unused and returned in their original packaging
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return

Need a different size? Email us at kai@katanaedge.com within 14 days of your order arriving — counted from the delivery date, not the order date — and we'll arrange an exchange. Shears must be unused and in their original packaging; return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
